  1. Refunds: We currently do not offer refunds on purchases. Our designs are exclusive and made in small quantities, and sales are based on a first come, first serve basis. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
  2. Exchanges: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please follow the procedures outlined below:
    a. Email Customer Support: Please send an email to info@qaiyalondon.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. This will help us process your request promptly.
    b. Exchange Authorisation: Our customer support team will reply to your email within 48 hours, providing further details on how to return the item. Please note that all shipping costs for the return are incurred by the buyer.
    c. Shipping and Responsibility: The item is your responsibility until it is returned to us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to ensure the item is safely returned. We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
    d. Exchange Approval: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will provide you with options based on the availability of the desired product or size.
    e. Refusal of Exchanges: We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the exchange procedures have not been followed. If an exchange is refused due to non-compliance with the procedures, the item will be returned to you, and a shipping fee will need to be paid before the item is released.
  3. Store Credit: In addition to exchanges, we also provide store credit as an alternative. If you prefer not to exchange the item, we can issue you store credit that you can use towards a future purchase. The store credit will be valid for a specified period, as mentioned in our terms and conditions.
